Aurora Elysium is a progressive trance single from Astronaut Ape’s upcoming album “Mission to Mars”.

The track was originally started a couple of years ago, inspired by a deep fascination with interplanetary exploration and the mysterious beauty of Mars. The concept draws from an imagined aurora above Elysium Planitia — a quiet, luminous phenomenon in the vast silence of the Martian landscape.

Musically, the track blends a steady four-on-the-floor rhythm with a warm, driving bassline and atmospheric layers. Subtle female backing vocals add depth and emotional resonance, creating a sense of space and inner movement.

Aurora Elysium marks one of the early chapters of the “Mission to Mars” album, which is currently in progress.
